By submitting the order to Diagenics by proceeding to the checkout screen or by submitting an order in any other way such as by email, letter or facsimile, the Customer agrees that this Agreement applies to the supply and purchase of products from Diagenics.
Customers ordering products confirm that they have the official authorisation from the ordering body to place such order and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Return / Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund. Alternatively, we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customer’s receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. For hygiene reasons, and to prevent the risk of cross-contamination, the bedding products will only be accepted back if they are unopened and sealed in their original packaging, or if found to be faulty.
Delivery time is usually within 10 days from the receipt of your order. However, we ask our customers to allow up to 28 days in case of postal/delivery difficulties.
Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.

If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we despatch your goods.
Following receipt of a product order, Diagenics will review the order. Diagenics will confirm the final details of the order, including price, delivery charges and expected delivery time and communicate this with the customer. The customer will then confirm the order. Then if Diagenics accepts the order it will notify its acceptance of the order to the customer and at this point it becomes an Accepted Order and cannot be cancelled.
Delivery time is usually within 10 days from order Acceptance. However, we make no guarantees for availability or delivery dates of products.

Prices are correct at time of publication and displayed exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to all orders unless the order is VAT exempt and a VAT exemption form is sent with the order. This can be completed on the website. In the unlikely event of an unexpected rise to any of the published prices, we will notify you before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any product or part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, we will endeavour to ensure it is dealt with confidentially and effectively, normally within 5 working days.
