| Return / Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund. Alternatively, we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customer’s receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. For hygiene reasons, and to prevent the risk of cross-contamination, the bedding products will only be accepted back if they are unopened and sealed in their original packaging, or if found to be faulty. Delivery Information Delivery time is usually within 10 days from the receipt of your order. However, we ask our customers to allow up to 28 days in case of postal/delivery difficulties. |
